- Let the paste of henna fall on its own. Try to keep it on the skin as long as you can.
- Try not to get the design area wet for 8-12 hours.
- To be patient, the brown color of henna will take 24-48 hours to fully develop.
- Avoid harsh chemicals such as hand sanitizer/soap or chlorine.
- When showering don’t scrub the design and when drying dab with a towel.
- If swimming in the ocean or chlorinated pool, apply some Vaseline over the design before going in the water.
